Motel One Hamburg-Airport

Budget-friendly airport hotel with the One Lounge concept

The One Lounge & Amenities

Motel One Hamburg-Airport centers around the One Lounge, a combination of lobby, café, and bar open 24 hours a day. The hotel's interior uses an aviation theme with light-blue color schemes and artistic lighting throughout the common areas. Guests can use the 24-hour reception for late check-ins and luggage storage, and the hotel allows pets on the premises.

Rooms & Soundproofing

Each room at the Hamburg Motel One Airport includes a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with granite countertops and glass shower enclosures. The rooms feature high sound isolation, keeping guest rooms quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the airport. Beds come in king and queen sizes, and the shower pressure receives consistent positive feedback from guests.

Location & Airport Access

Motel One Hamburg-Airport sits a 10-minute walk from the airport terminals, with a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. Guests reach the city center in about 25 minutes by public transport: bus to the airport then U-Bahn or S-Bahn. The hotel also offers parking spaces on site for an additional daily fee.

Dining & Bar

The One Lounge serves a full buffet breakfast each morning, with organic options and a coffee machine that produces espresso macchiato. In the evening, the bar offers a limited menu of sandwiches and toasties, plus a selection of gin cocktails. The outdoor seating area is available when weather permits, and the bar stays open around the clock.

Practical Services

The hotel's 24-hour front desk provides tour desk services, luggage storage, and assistance with taxi bookings to the airport. A daily cleaning service runs each morning, and the shared lounge includes a TV area. Parking for 15 euros per night and a pet-friendly policy make the hotel convenient for travelers with vehicles or animals.
